Glencoe House - Your Premium Stay in Glencoe

Glencoe House is set within 10 acres of private gardens and is the former home of Lord Strathcona. The mansion house has 8 suites, each occupying its own wing with traditional period decor and panoramic loch and mountain vistas. Trip Advisor named the hotel Best of the Best for four consecutive years.

The 8 suites in the mansion house are one- or two-bedroom spaces with a sitting room, traditional period decor, and a bathroom stocked with The Highland Soap Company products. Panoramic loch and mountain vistas are visible from the suites, and private hot tubs with mountain and loch views are available in the suites. Breakfast and candle-lit dinner are served at the private dining table inside the suite, with dinner at an additional charge.

In-suite dining at Glencoe House includes breakfast and candle-lit dinner served at a private table in the room. The chef discusses the menu with guests and uses locally sourced ingredients. The maxi bar holds a selection of wines, whiskies, and soft drinks.

Six one-bedroom self-catering Strathcona Lodges sit a stone's throw from the house. Each lodge has a private walled decking with hot tub, a wood-burning stove, and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a separate twin-headed shower, the bedroom has an emperor-size bed, and a welcome breakfast pack is included in the rate.

Canoeing, cycling, fishing, and hiking are available in Glencoe, known as the outdoor capital of the UK. Walking routes, movie locations, and Scotch Whisky tasting opportunities sit close to the hotel. The hotel offers back, full body, and neck massage, an electric vehicle charging station, and fully accessible facilities for disabled guests, including a lift.
